2. LENOGE laptop battery disassembling

Now let us disassemble this laptop battery, find out the inside structure, and how about the quality?

We can see there are three parts, shell, battery cells and circuit board. Other laptop batteries are also composed of these parts. So, what’s the difference between Lenoge laptop batteries and others?

Firstly, Lenoge laptop batteries adopt Samsung 18650 cells. We know that Samsung is a international famous brand of electric company, their products are high quality and trustworthy.
There are 6 cells, combined by series and parallel manner. Each cell reads 2600mAh/3.7V, so the whole capacity for a finished battery is 5200mAh /11.1V. The conclusion is, the actual capacity is right as it stated on the battery, they are not lying.

The circuit board which connected with the cells, offers power management and charging/discharging management function. When you using the laptop battery, it can prevent overcharge and over discharge, control and protect the battery.

Furthermore, close to the cells there have temperature sensors. When the temperature rises to a certain extent, the microchip will fusing the circuit joint just to prevent accidents.

Perfect replacement for Acer Aspire 7551-7422. No more low battery indicators!
(By Shannon Allen)
This laptop replacement battery by LENOGE turned out to be a fine choice, and was a perfect replacement for our Acer Aspire 7551-7422. The original factory battery finally stopped holding a good charge and the low battery indicator would stay illuminated at the bottom right of the task bar on the laptop. A reminder message would also frequently pop up on the screen that read "consider replacing your battery". Boy, it sure was getting old having to clear the messages from the screen while trying to complete online college courses. We had finally had enough and decided that it was time to replace the battery.

When I came across the LENOGE brand I had never heard of them before, but I was able to determine that the battery should be a direct replacement for our laptop. I also liked the look of the battery and the professional appearance of the box, indicating to me that with the added attention to detail to the cosmetics the package as a whole may be a win. I received the laptop battery quickly after ordering with two day Prime and I have been extremely satisfied with the appearance, construction and performance of the battery. Even more so now than when I was just glaring at it on the computer screen! My old factory battery was model # AS10D51 and rated at 4400mAH, while the new LENOGE battery is rated at 5200mAH. The difference in the milliampere-hours "mAH" will not affect your device, as it will still only use the mAH as needed, but you will notice that a charge lasts longer from batteries with the higher rated mAH.

The LENOGE battery was simple to replace and fit perfectly. I allowed the LENOGE battery to obtain a full charge with the laptop powered off before attempting to use the laptop. I have not experienced any overheating or connectivity issues, and best of all, the low battery indicator and frequent replace battery messages have ceased! We try to prolong the battery life by not allowing the battery to go completely dead, and connect the charging cord when the battery capacity is around 15%. Also, once the battery is fully charged, remove the charging cable instead of leaving it plugged in at all times to avoid conflict.

I currently have all praise for LENOGE as the battery has solved all of our power issues and has been functioning flawlessly since its arrival a couple weeks ago. I was able to receive the battery for free in exchange of an unbiased and honest review that I have provided above. Thank you.

Everyone should know that laptop battery life is not determined by whole duration of usage but by times of charging and discharging. If you never take off the battery from laptop, the battery will not be in full capacity as you have thought when you shut down computer and disconnect AC adapter. So, every time you connect or disconnect from power, laptop battery begins to charge and discharge. Laptop battery life will be much affected.

If you search “laptop battery life” on google, there will be many results tell you how to extended laptop battery life, now let’s learn some tips from them.

1. Activate Your Laptop's power saver mode
You can find this power saver mode or eco mode in many brand laptops, it can helps you easily engage a number of automatic changes to lengthen usable battery life.

2. Adjust Your Laptop’s Display
One often overlooked power drain is keyboard backlighting, you can turn the backlight off entirely unless you are in the dark. And you don’t necessarily need the screen running at 100% brightness or full resolution, so pleas reduce the brightness with the laptop hotkeys or adjust it in the control panel. I think 50% will be good enough.

3. Disable Devices And Ports You Don’t Need
Actually there are plenty of functions we didn’t use in our laptop, such as Bluetooth, I’m sure many people never use it, so why don’t you disable it? Turn off the biggest power hogs, such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and graphics processors, you will find the battery can last much longer time than before.

4. Turn Off Apps and Processes That You Are Not Using
Multiple apps and processes running on your system stealing your battery juice, some of them running automatically and you don’t need them.
Open the Task Manage by press Ctrl+Alt+Del, look at the open apps you may forgot to close. Next, go to the Processes tab. This shows you what processes are currently running on your machine. While some of these are needed, some, like those associated with music and video players or cloud storage services (like Dropbox or Google Drive) can be disabled without causing any problems.

If you use your computer for too long, it could overheat and slowly damage components, shortening their lifespan.
